Our Body transformation sessions are focused around high intensity circuits, weight training and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

They are specifically designed with the busy Mum in mind who wants to maximise training straight after the school drop off, with socialising, fun and weight loss/toning results.

We pride ourselves on giving you high quality workouts and instruction whilst maximising the fun factor! Our personal training team understand what it's like to have kids and are happy for you to bring them with you if they are ill or during holiday time.

Whether you are a newbie or a fitness pro, your body will feel stronger, fitter and more toned within just a couple of weeks of starting.

These sessions are dynamic, focused but fun!

Training sessions are at 8.30am and 9.30am every week day morning and last 40-60 minutes so you can keep your motivation high, reap the benefits of high intensity exercise, whilst still having the rest of the day to be the busy Mum that you are!
