1. How long is a session?
We have 3 session lengths depending on your condition and where you are in the process of healing, 1 hour, 30 minutes and 15-minute sessions.
Your first 1 to 3 sessions are likely to be an hour. Depending on your progress and what needs to be done in a session we will quickly drop to one of the shorter sessions lengths 30 or 15 minutes.
Massage sessions are 30 or 60 minutes depending on the area that needs to be covered, how deep we need to massage and how sensitive or painful an area is.
Exercise sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes depending on the number of exercises and how complicated the exercises are.
2. How much is a session?
60 Minutes – £90
30 Minutes – £50
15 Minutes – £25
3. How many sessions will I need?
Sadly without starting the process of treatment with you, it is impossible to say. My best advice here is:
a) To read through the testimonials
b) Fill out the form and book a callback.
4. How often will I need a session?
This is often individual and condition-dependent. Ideally, we’ll do the neurology session as quickly and closely as possible. Once we have normalised your body’s communication we’ll know if we need to do anything further and therefore if we’ll need to see each other regularly, semi-regularly or only when you’re next in pain sometime in the future.
My goal is to get you pain-free, and strong with good fluid movement in as few sessions and as little time as possible.
5. What type of payment do you take?
Cash or card, it’s up to you and what suits your situation.
6. What should I wear to a session?
If you have gym clothes these are perfect, if you don’t have these then jogging bottoms/leggings and a T-shirt. If these are not an option, wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Looser none restrictive clothing in this instance is better.
